The REDUCED FEE for a one-hour consultation is $95.00 and we offer a FREE one-hour consultation if a couple attends together.
Consultations may be
scheduled to take place in person in our office or by telephone during regular business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or
after 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. for your convenience.

Ms. Fosgate's current rate is $195.00 per hour for meetings and mediation sessions scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Meetings and mediation sessions may also be scheduled in the evening or on Saturdays at the same $195.00 per hour rate.
Should you decide to handle your case representing yourself (In Pro Per), flat fee pricing is available if you retain Ms. Fosgate for consulting services, limited scope representation or legal document preparation.
In addition to Ms. Fosgate's fees, there are various costs which are required and must be paid for by the parties. For example, to file or respond to a Petition for Dissolution of Marriage (divorce), the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles County requires a $435.00 filing fee (effective July 1, 2012). Other costs incurred in connection with family law proceedings which you must pay for include messenger costs, process server fees, notary fees, copying charges, etc. Additionally, if your case requires the services of other professionals (appraisers, accountants, counselors, therapists, etc.), the parties will be required to pay the other professionals' fees separately.
